Quality with respect to the Environment

By installing the geothermal system, with 3.000m underground pipelines and with the operational function of heat pumps used for heating and for cooling the facilities, The View Village achieves a significant reduction of total energy consumption and corresponding emissions.

Innovative materials and advanced systems are installed in the buildings to further reduce energy consumption.
These include:

  • Underfloor installation for heating and cooling of all areas of the unit
  • Facades with low thermal losses
  • Proper thermal insulation, a shell type outer surface of buildings, reducing heat loss
  • Low consumption Led type lamps
  • Electronic control devices (ballasts)
  • Artificial lighting control systems
  • Building energy management system

The energy consumption, from the destination function, is monitored using advanced electronic measurement systems. A comparative analysis of the results will enable us to further reduce the carbon footprint, leading to continuous improvement of our performance.
